Giving 4 stars only because shipping took a bit longer than I expected. However, the customer service team was amazing, they were so helpful and kept me updated the whole time which really put my mind at ease. The bag finally arrived and I’m obsessed, it was worth the wait!

Honestly, I took a chance on this bag because I was tired of lugging around my old, bulky laptop backpack. It actually fits my 15” MacBook without any struggle, which is a huge plus. Material feels pretty solid, not cheap at all. Definitely glad I picked this one up !
