Can I return an item?
We hope you love your Oh Lilou purchase 🤍 — but if something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, simply contact us at support@ohlilou.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Our team will review your request and provide you with the next steps.
Please note that all returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping fees and any related costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank or card provider).
What items cannot be returned?
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be refunded.

How long does the returns process take?
Please allow up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return for it to be processed.
You’ll receive an email once your refund or replacement has been completed.
