Yes, return shipping fees and any related costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This is because our return center is managed by an independent logistics provider and does not currently support prepaid return labels for individual customers. We are actively working to improve this system and offer more flexible options in the future.

If you just donât like the product for any reason, weâll gladly accept it back as a return, providing itâs in âas newâ condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.
